INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION VEHICLE (SUV/MPV) FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN CHENNAI

To all Potential Suppliers

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore, as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Chennai, to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the supply and delivery of one automatic transmission vehicle (SUV/MPV).

This ITQ contains the following document: 

(a) Covering Letter

(b) Annex A: Instructions to Potential Suppliers

(c) Annex B: Conditions of Contract

(d) Annex C: Requirement Specifications

(e) Annex D: Bid Summary

You shall be deemed to have read this letter and fully understood the contents of the attached annexes, which constitute integral components of this invitation and shall comply with all terms and conditions specified therein.

Your quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. All enquiries and submissions should be made in writing and sent to tan_yi_hao@mfa.gov.sg. Please indicate the subject as “Supply and Delivery of One Automatic Transmission Vehicle (SUV/MPV) for the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Chennai”. All submissions should reach the Consulate-General no later than 5:00 PM IST on Tuesday, 18 March 2026.

All cost and expenses incurred in the preparation and submission of any quotations shall be borne solely by the Potential Supplier.

The quotation offer shall remain valid for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the closing date of this ITQ.

The Quotation Schedule and Award Notice will be displayed on the Consulate-General’s Notice Board in due course.

The Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other quotation and reserves to itself the authority to reject any or all the quotations received without the assignment of any reason.
