Invitation to Quote for the Provision of Security Services at the Singapore Consulate-General in Chennai
The Singapore Consulate-General in Chennai cordially invites interested vendors to submit offers for the abovementioned contract for a period of one (1) year from 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2021.
If you are interested in participating in this Invitation to Quote exercise, please email us at singcon_maa@mfa.sg with the title "Request for Documents - Provision of Security Services", and we will send you the relevant documents.
A quotation briefing and site show around will be conducted on Friday, 10 July 2020, at 1500 hrs at the following address:

Interested vendors should register their participation in the quotation briefing and site show around by completing Annex C6 and sending the completed copy to singcon_maa@mfa.sg by 9 July 2020, 1700 hrs. A maximum of two representatives are allowed to attend the briefing.
Vendors shall submit their quotations no later than Wednesday, 15 July 2020 at 1700 hrs in sealed envelopes to the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore, 17A, North Boag Road, T. Nagar, Chennai 600017 Tamil Nadu, addressed to Mr Poon Chien Wei, Vice-Consul (Admin & Consular).
The quotation bid offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria and weightage assigned:
